FAQ

How often should I have my septic system pumped and inspected?

We recommend that you have your tank pumped out and system inspected every 2 or 3 years by a licensed septic pumper.

Is there anything I should avoid flushing down my toilet?

Yes. Do not use your toilet as a trash can by dumping non degradable (i.e. grease, “flushable” wipes, feminine products or anything plastic).

What are some warning signs that my septic system is failing?

-Sewage surfacing over the drain field (especially after storms)
-Sewage back-ups in the house.
-Lush, green growth over the drain field.
-Slow draining toilets or drains.
-Objectionable and undesirable sewage odors.
